NEW Programs
Ensuring Critical Youth Services Continue |
Recently, our community experienced a significant loss with the closure of Youth Continuum, a nearly 60-year-old organization that has long provided vital services to young people experiencing homelessness. While this closure is deeply felt, we are grateful that some of the critical work they championed will not disappear. New Reach was awarded new federal contracts that fit within our existing prevention, crisis, and housing programs. As a result, we will be expanding programming to support more youth, ensuring that young people facing housing instability continue to receive the support they need. This moment underscores both the challenges smaller nonprofits face in weathering financial storms—and the importance of organizational stability in times of uncertainty.
Thanks to the loyalty and commitment of our supporters, New Reach has built a strong foundation that allows us to step in when gaps emerge, helping ensure that individuals in crisis are not left without options.
While no organization can replace the legacy of Youth Continuum, we are honored to help sustain critical services for young people in our community—and deeply grateful to you for making it possible. We are currently HIRING to help support this work. |

GRATITUDE Thank You for Making Gift-A-Family a Success |
This holiday season, generosity showed up in extraordinary ways. Over 120 teams and families came together to fulfill more than 800 Gift-A-Family Wishlists, ensuring parents and children across New Reach programs experienced joy, dignity, and care during the holidays.
Your willingness to step in—whether shopping for gifts, coordinating with loved ones, or helping behind the scenes—meant that families could focus on being together, not on what they lacked.
And for those who continue to give to our Gift Card Fund, your support ensures we can welcome and care for families who enter our shelters later in the season.
Thank you for making the holidays brighter and reminding families that they are seen, supported, and not alone. |

Your steady support keeps food on shelves, lights on in shelters, and pathways to stability open all year long. Right now, we’re looking to grow our monthly giving team by just 10 people.
