The Greater New Haven Regional Alliance to End Homelessness will host an outside and in-person briefing on plans for addressing homelessness going into the second COVID winter. This briefing will allow homeless sector leaders, those experiencing homelessness and key elected officials to discuss how they are planning to address homelessness this winter, including how federal funds may be used to support those experiencing homelessness.
